Close to Roma Termini stazione. Grocery stores, shops, and lots of eating places nearby, super easy for transit or walking to see the sights. There was a restaurant downstairs associated with the property and their food was delicious!
Neighborhood in general is a little seedy but right around the property itself was great. The elevator was super tiny but I appreciated the fact that they even had one especially since we were on the top floor.

Excellent location for seeing Rome's attractions and for preparing to visit the next touring destination. We were very pleasantly surprised by how modern the rooms and facilities were as if the rooms had just been renovated. The host went out of his way to fulfill all our needs and was very knowledgeable about Rome and its attractions

Close location to train station, spacious room, lift. Luca in reception was friendly, welcoming and gave insightful directions and information on tourist points of attraction. Thankyou Luca

Close to the train station.
Small but has everything needed.
Dirty towels (several hairs were found).
Noisy due both the street and the neighbours.
Cleaning from the hotel was performed at 8.30 am on a Sunday. We woke up due to the loud noise.
Poor security when leaving the luggage stored at the reception after check out.
