The room was nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was huge!
The staff was accommodating. We requested extra pillows and coffee set up and it was all delivered promptly.
The property was conveniently located near the train station. The area is ok and not as clean and touristy as the area we stayed near the Trevi fountain at the start of our trip. But this was a great value for our in transit stay. The hotel was lovely and clean!
It’s a quick two block walk from the Roma Train Terminal which made it very convenient. There are restaurants nearby with about a two block walking radius.

Convenient location, good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff.
Lights switches are very confusing. I stayed four nights, never able to figure out which switch is for which light. A little bit noisy at night.

Staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in when we arrived 2 hours early and arranged a taxi for our departure. Room was comfortable. Breakfast offered many options. Only issue was that we had no hot water when we showered in morning. We didn’t mention anything until check out. Staff said no one else brought it up so they were unaware and thanked us for letting them know. While we waited for our taxi we heard them calling maintenance to report it.
