Estancia en Roma

El personal muy amable en todo momento. Muy limpio todo. La ropa de cama y toallas excepcionales. Hicimos la reserva a última hora y atendieron rápidamente una petición que les hicimos. Está justo enfrente de la Estación Termini.. Muy cómodo para moverte con metro, tren, bus turistico, caminando. Tienes también el autobús del aeropuerto en la misma terminal.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el colchón. Es.incómodo porque te vas hacia los lados de.la cama. El resto 100% estupendo.

差劲👎 This hotel is a large apartment converted into guest rooms with card door locks. I fell asleep at eleven o'clock that night, my friend slept at two o'clock, at 3:30 I was awakened by the sound of picking the lock, the click of the door lock was so loud that there was an echo in the hallway, I was so scared that I was sweating but still yelled for him to go away, and then the picking of the lock stopped, and after a few seconds the people in the hallway seemed to have picked up something, and walked away quickly, and the doors of the other rooms closed.

We contacted the customer service of the Booking.com, they communicated with the landlord and agreed to refund us for the first night, but at the moment I contacted the landlord and he did not reply, I do not recommend this hotel very much, whether it is safety or comfort, he gave me a very bad experience, although his geographical location is very impressive, but because of such a cluttered environment he should do a good job of anti-theft measures. There is no monitoring in the corridor, there is only a surveillance camera against the door, after the thief ran away, we didn't dare to sleep until more than five o'clock, I was really sleepy and couldn't turn on the light to sleep, I slept very lightly, at half past seven I also heard the other door locks alarm, the landlord said that if it was other guests, he couldn't help it, not only our door was opened, I said that we should also refund our money for the remaining night, we really didn't dare to live here, he didn't make any substantial help, just let us communicate with the customer service of the booking.com. Even if there is only one manual turn lock in the door of the room, there is no anti-leeching, which is also very unreasonable.

Ok for one might but disappointing in some ways.

The location is ideal is you are catching the train from the main station Termini.

The wifi in room number 4 was terrible. Didn’t get to use it as it kept disconnecting several times. You would expect to have decent connection this days anywhere you stay. Also, something so basic and cheap like offering some tea or coffee to make it yourself doesn’t hurt and it will actually give this place a better look.

Two Aussie friends. First night in Rome!

We got a taxi straight from the airport. Easy check-in. We were buzzed in and sent our suitcases up in the lift. Safe and secure location across from the station. Good size room and ensuite bathroom. There is a vending machine for bottled water and snacks. Easy walk to late night places to eat/ take-away food. This was a great first night experience in Italy, from where we were able to leave very early the next morning in time for a train. As mid-30s friends from Sydney, Australia, we would recommend Roma Station House to our friends and family who are young and young at heart.

Under exactions, no value for money!

The only good things were the clean towels and the fact that the property is located near the Central Termini

The room is very small, you cant really see it in the pictures. The windows are not good, i felt like sleeping with them open, you cant keep it open due to smell of pee from outside (homeless ppl are around on the street). The walls are dirty, there is need for paintwork; just a foldable table in front of the bathroom door and two folding chairs. The price paid is not reflecting even 50% of the value, if i would have seen the host when we checked out, i would have asked him for a fair price (fair refund). I dont recommend this accommodation at this price.

Гарні чисті апартаменти поруч з залізничним вокзалом Терміні. В будівлі є ліфт, шум з вулиці не чутно, номера з новими меблями та нормальним ремонтом. Приємно було, що всередині є автомат з водичкою, кавою, снеками і все це по 1€. Є мікрохвильовка, чайник, холодильник. А також є можливість безкоштовно залишити свої речі після виселення!!

Voltaria a me hospedar

Tudo como esperado, quarto muito limpo, boas tolhas e roupas de cama, chuveiro ótimo, cama confortável. O contato prévio por WhatsApp foi ótimo, esclarecendo como seria o checkin. A localização é excelente. Stefano que nos recebeu foi muito gentil e solicito, ainda deu boas dicas de metrô .

A primeira impressão do prédio não é das melhores, mas não macha em nada nossa ótima estadia em Roma.

We had a nice stay and it was very accessible to other parts of Rome thanks to being so close to the train station. The

It was close to the train station which was great when we arrived at termini train station on day of check in. The bed was really comfortable and clean and the room was extremely dark at night and in the day which was great with a needed long sleep after travelling. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was quite a noisy area of Rome and noisy at night when trying to sleep. The floor needed a good mop as I couldn’t walk bare foot on the floor without gathering dust on my feet which was annoying after a shower. The room was smaller than what we predicted but was a nice cosy, comfortable room.

Clean and cheap close to Roma termini

Directly next to Roma Termini station. Comfortable and quiet despite being on a busy street. Good aircon.

No after hours desk so need to pay extra 20euro if checking in after 20:30 and more if checking in after 23:45. No refrigerator in room only shared one at main entrance. Need to be careful not to lock yourself out of room as no after hours front desk.

Perfect location, clean room, worth the money

The location is perfect right in front of the station. Since we were travelling all over Europe we had a lot of luggage with us so this was the best.

The WiFi kept giving problems as it was getting disconnected from the phone every 2 mins.. so we were finding it difficult talking to family.. The owner did say he will talk to the WiFi provider. Hopefully it should be better next time.

all you need

the room was clean and had exactly what you need: a lot of towels, toiletries, etc. its a bit small, but it was enough for us (used just for the night as all day we were out in the city). super close to the train/metro station. they have kept our bags at ck-out and gave us a key to use it in the afternoon to take our bags in case no-one is there - for us this was amazing. i would book it again if needed.

Little asylum street stay

It is just few step walk away from Roma Termini.

I couldn't find it, untill i found it name on a joined property list on wall, and the main entrance under repairing. When come to a bit bigger city, and located on hub or the main connections of tourist, there must fill with lot of homeless, migrants, refugees..

Very bad price-performance.

Super nice receptionist, helpful staff, since we wanted to change room and it was no problem

Some rooms are very small and directed to the street Via Giovanni Giolitti, that is super loud. There was a construction site going on in front of our window, so we could not open it. The walls are really dirty and worn off from suitcases. It is okay for a trainstation apartment, but was much too expensive for what it was.

Very good

The location near the train station is handy. The hotel is also walkable to the major muat-sees in Rome. Also, our hoat Fernando was friendly and very helpful. We did not have a lot of time in the city, but he helped us plan a great walking tour so we could see the major sites, like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, The Parthenon and the Collisseum. Thanks, Fernando!

The street is a bit gritty and congested, but we did not feel unsafe at all.

Clean room. Good location if travelling by train, as its right next to the main train station (Roma Termini). Can also walk to see some of the attractions - 20 mins or so away.

If you arrive after 20.00 you will have to pay an extra 20 euros. Room was 'compact', and shower water pressure a bit low.

Super convenient to train station, walking distance (or subway) to all of center Rome, modern rooms.

We were skeptical upon pulling up outside, because it looked like a building in poor shape and without a clear sign that the hotel was there. We had an easy walk to an excellent restaurant. When we entered the large door, we were surprised to find modern, nice and relatively roomy spaces. It was also perfect for catching the Lorenzo Express train to the airport the next day.

We'd asked for help making reservations at a restaurant and it never materialized. Likewise, our prearranged shuttle driver did not show up at the airport. We hopped in a cab, which was easy and saved us 15 euro, so perhaps that was a win.
