Mattress was very firm.

It had everything you needed for 3 days.

It was not very sound proof, you could hear exactly what people said outside your room. Also the lock on the toilet was on the outside and not inside.

The staffs were kind and helpful

It's quite small, not enough light in the room, cleanliness is far. Air con didn't work (but maybe it's still cold for Italian)
