The staff are excellent and conscientious. The location is close to Rome Termini and fits well with most travel plans. There’s a restaurant across the street and a laundromat too.
It’s an old property but has been maintained carefully, elevator to upper floors works well

This is a clean hotel near Termini and is very convenient. The breakfast is large, the staff are very good and i will be a repeat customer when in and out of Rome
The single room is too small so next trip I’m upgrading to a larger room.

Location for train, bus, and Metro brilliant. Easy walking distance to Colosseum, Sant Maria Maggorie and Spanish Steps. Good selection of restaurants,pizzaries, small shops around the hotel
No safety concerns in the area.
A cold breakfast was the only option croissant,cheese, and ham , hard-boiled egg, and some fruit. We were woken up 2 nights with doors slamming 3am and 6am. Tiny bathroom. Shower head broken and washand basin tap barely functional.
The staff were friendly and helpful
City tax payable on arrival, all other Roman hotels I have stayed in city tax is paid on departure
