The furniture was Tore The services were Awful they will have you Cash app or Zelle and never return your deposit for Days

the accommodation is no problem, the photos match the property, the problem is the professionalism and honesty of the professionals who work in this company
be careful with the company GA Living Corporate Suites…. When making a reservation with them, do not respond to messages on your cell phone, just talk to them on your own, I have a serious problem... since January 11th I have been waiting for the return of my deposit of 250$ dollars... the Zelle deposit that the company sends is in the name of the company and below the deposit receipt sent by message they sent me the door password and booking is demanding the full name of whoever received the deposit…I'm going to my bank tomorrow but the information belongs to the company so don't chat via message and don't trust the company I'm going to solve my problem this week but once again just talk to this company through the website and it impresses me that booking maintains a company of this size without honest

Biggest bed bugs I’ve ever seen in bed and on coach. Had throw content of suitcase in trash.

The apartment was full of bed bugs, I’m in treatment now and with injuries and health problems. Completely disgusting also, they haven’t given the deposit back.
They give you a flyer that says you can’t talk with people at the building or you’ll get kicked out from the apartment and this is ilegal.

Free parking
The manager is very rude and wont refund you deposit even though they say they will but if you dont mind loosing $250 on top of what you paid to stay its and a valet that take 30 to 45 mins to give you your car its an ok spot

The air bnb man that check us in and out was very nice and very helpful he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed !!!
The owner was very very rude and disrespectful he only called and never showed his face he tried to play on my face on the phone and tried to not return my 250 dollar deposit back to me making up excuses and accusing us of thing i didn’t respect him at all.

The location and view.
The elevator was so beyond slow. Out of 3 only 1 worked. You would stand there for 10+ mins just waiting for the elevator.

The surprise deposit of 287 dollars even after I payed 191 dollars ahead of time of I knew of deposit I would not have booked but 2as not allowed any access untill I spoke with someone off site and sent them PayPal 9f 250 next morning 8t was 297 don't know when 8m getting it back

It was hot since the ac didn't work, they won't return the security deposit, they are SO hateful & mean, worst experience of my life!!! They showed up in the middle of the day to tell my son to leave because it was past checkout time, when he had another night to stay. They are trying to say he & his new wife trashed the place....on their honeymoon, which is a straight lie. I was there at 7 pm before they checked out at 6 am. I actually fixed a wobbly table with folded up paper, & they swept up all the rose petals we had scattered. All so I would get the deposit back! (This is a couple that didn't even kiss until they said I do, and 1 is a germaphobe and is the cleanest human you will find! No way they ever trashed anything!! Such lies by these people just so they can steal $250 from me!) Zero ethics and terrible business practices!!! I have since read other reviews about them not returning deposits to others.
They also yelled at me and hung up on me when I refused to pay the deposit to anyone in cash. Which I was having to deal with this on my son's wedding day. They refused to give me the apartment number or code and tried to change my check in time to 2 hours later. They made me an hour late for when I was suppose to arrive at my son's wedding.
Who are these people, & WHY is booking.com continuing to let them drag their name through the mud? They wouldn't respond to a single email, requesting they return the deposit, until I started leaving what happened to us on every site I could. Still trying to leave reviews on other sites so this doesn't happen to anyone else! I may never see my $250 again, but maybe someone else will be saved the loss & hassle of this horrible business.
Lesson learned, & for everyone else, it's not a good deal if you lose $250. So make sure you build that into your budget.

there was roaches in the bathroom and all they brought me to accomdate the roaches $4 bug spray and the couches were nasty

Airconditioning. Laundry facilities.
Access arrangements are a bit difficult. I had to pay a security deposit before access PIN numbers were provided, but this requirement wasn’t stated at the time of booking. The panel at the front door of the building has some damage and isn’t easy to use for a first time user, particularly in afternoon sun.

Building, ceilings paint pealing off, bathroom needing painting and several repair needed in the bathroom walls. Bedroom with water leakage under the bed and nightstands.

The Checkin part is a huge hassle and they charge an additional $275 deposit on top of the deposit Booking charges. This made no sense as there’s already a deposit on Booking.com. Then there’s hassle of getting it returned once u checkout. This deposit was asked for on Cash App.

Location was perfect for the event I was visiting for. Once we were able to figure out how to get in, access was very quick and easy.
It took over an hour to get the correct door code to get in. I was not happy that I was asked for an additional security deposit the day of in order to get the door code even after fully paying for my stay a week before. The pull out bed was broken, batteries in the remote were dead, there was only one fork in the drawer and only one keycard for two people.

The rooms are big

There is 250 deposit that needs paying, via paypal or cashapp. This was not clear at booking.
We had an e-mail saying that the deposit would be refunded in 3 working days, then another saying 5-7 working days. We eventually got our deposit back around 7 working days after chasing.
Check in / door code.
The code we got with the check in information did not work.
I called the number on the booking but had no answer, they did text me back with another code which did not also work
I called again but yep, no answer. They did text me a 3rd door code which did work
There is no one on reception to help out. You just get a phone number to call with any issues
The Stay
The coffee machine did not work. I considered calling but with the hassle I had with checking in I decided it was not worth it
The elevators take forever.
The valet is understaffed and we waited 40 minutes for our car. The valet is non negotiable, I would much rather park myself but you have to use a valet. This was not made clear upon booking.
Location
Not close to any main bar / restaurant areas. Loads of homeless which is not the fault of the hotel but I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel during the evening

Well the fact that this company is a scam. I paid entire fee plus $80 cleaning fee when I booked. when I arrived in Dallas and called for check in info, I was asked to meet this guy and bring him $250 cash before he’d give me the key. I told him that’s not happening, I never agreed to that, and he can go scam someone else. I booked another hotel which is reputable, through a reputable hotel booking app. Now the guy is harassing me after I told him to end contact with me. I sent complaint and booking.com never bothered to reply. You care 0 percent about scams advertised on your site. I’ll never book through booking.com again. Not that you care. Btw I’ve booked many hotels through different apps and nothing like this has ever happened.

great location, very well equipped apartment and other facilities (e.g. gym, in-room laundry machines), on-site valet parking
room 224 was located a bit too close to indoor waste room and the smell was present on way to the room (no issues inside the room though) and the check-in process could be made even smoother by e.g. not having to call a phone number and then another received via the first one just to receive the door code which could have been received directly via booking

Excellent location for convention center and downtown activities.
The hallways had a very strong unpleasant smell. Also, the main door lock system did not work the entire stay. We had to wait until someone came out to get in to the building.
