Convenient walking distance to train/bus station. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable.
A hot pot for coffee/tea in room would have been nice.

It was spacious and clean.
It did not serve any breakfast so we had to find a place to eat outside every day.

1) location is great - very close to the railway station + tram/metro/bus;
2) nice and welcoming staff
3) cleaning with towels change done every day
4) spacious room.
1) noisy, yes (both from outside but also inside - thin walls)
2) huge room but poorly furnished, e.g. just one tiny wardrobe, barely sufficient to put clothes in for 2 people
3) wifi was not working
4) tv was dead because of no wifi - there were just 5 channels in poor quality from the external aerial
5) toilet bowl slightly leaking
6) hand shower spray element leaking severely
7) to sum up: way too pricey considering the issues above.
