The location was very easy to find and the directions on how to get in and out of the building were excellent. They provide lots of detail details so really nothing is left to guess. It was nice to have two separate TVs. The room was very quiet. I don’t think we saw any other guests the whole time we were there. The two staff ladies we interacted with were very very nice. The breakfast vouchers were very appreciated and although it was a little weird to actually leave the building and go somewhere else for breakfast, the café was close by and the selection was very good. The people there were very nice also.
The room was laid out in a very odd way and it was not comfortable overall. there was a lot of wasted space where maybe a chair or a table could have been inserted. The room could also use some TLC. The walls and the baseboards were marked up and dirty. The floors were dusty and the bathroom was very small. I know I can’t compare it to American standards but there was so little space in the bathroom. no place to put anything down. The toilet was very close to the wall and the towel rack was right over the bidet. If a towel would have slipped off, it would’ve fallen directly into the bidet. Additionally, there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the towel rack warmer was not turned on so we had to hang towels in the living room to dry. The shower leaked and we always ended up with a wet mat.
The sofa in the living area was dirty/ stained and when you sit on it, the cushions angle down so it always felt like we were sliding off. In a city with so many options, even dozens of options on the same street, I would have expected a little more

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a beautiful little cove of lake comp. Highly recommend! We would love to come back. Decorated to a very high standard and stunning views. A good location to base yourself to get around lake Como. A train station across the road and a car park too. Some lovely restaurants and bars on your doorstep

Good location close to main train station. Breakfast was generous. Excellent communication regarding check in and check out with clear important instructions for a smooth self checkin. The room was cozy and clean.
The area was very busy but that’s the case in that main area.

Property was easy to find and we were met by a member of the property team on arrival, property was clean and true to size and mostly had everything we needed. There isn't anywhere to park a car so just something to be aware of.
Kitchen is very small, so hard to do self catering. We were very high up so we got amazing views of Positano but it is a huge trek to get down to the marina where all the restaurants and bars are, be warned there are around 300 steps to get to the marina or a bus that leaves around once an hour. We repeatedly asked for extra linen but where told they didn't have any to give us which was a shame.
