Great pools, plenty of places to sit.

The food.
Management was poor. Frontline staff not given any opportunity to make decisions without contacting the manager.

The hotel was immaculate at all times, the pools were cleaned thoroughly every night and same goes for the hotel in general. The staff were always incredibly accommodating and helpful with any queries.
The rooftop pool was amazing we spent most our time up there as it was quiet and peaceful but just missing a proper bar
The only things that I didn’t like was the aircon in the room wasn’t powerful enough and the room sat at around 25-26 degrees in the night which is quite hot. And one only very small thing but it’s not a make or break, there should be a bar on the rooftop pool, there is a vending machine but there’s no cocktail cans just beers, soft drinks and snacks.
