The layout of the bar, cafe and pool was brilliant.
The whole place was so clean.
Staff were lovely and friendly. Food and drinks were good and not overpriced.

We had a one bed apartment, 2 of the beds were couch beds. We knew this before we went so that was fine. One of the beds was broken and had been ‘repaired’ with cable ties. Not comfortable at all. Was disappointed as we paid around €350 per night for the apartment.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Don't missunderstand on one hand, it is beautiful and clean, the staff is very helpful, and the adult pool area is modern, clean and great. The restaurant and bar offer delicious food at reasonable prices. However, our main drawback was that the pool and bar close too early.
Even though our kids are older now, it was great to see the excellent children's pool and animation team.
Our 5-person 'apartment' was clean and spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, but the bedroom felt crowded and the sofa beds were uncomfortable ('iron bed' effect). As a hotel room, it was well-equipped, but as an apartment, it was very basic. It only had a microwave and two hobs (an oven is missing), and while we got a sponge, there was no dish soap or dishwasher. A washing machine would also be great for an apartment. Since the hotel dining closed early and there were few good restaurants nearby, we always had to drive for authentic Spanish food, though a nearby pizzeria saved us several times at the end. Lastly, the safe required an extra charge, contrary to the description. Also we got only 1 key by default for the apartment and sometimes miss one more to operate the back door of the Hotel to parking place. The car parking is behind the hotel, usually 1~2 place is free, but sometimes forcing me to park further away (but not so far +3 min). Overall, it’s a lovely place, good time for spend time and still very good, but for us (5 persons spend in apartment) , it didn't offer the best value for money.

The property was in a great location, a 10/15 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us, all the bar staff and lukasz from the animation team were amazing, super friendly.
During our stay, we wasn’t impressed with the reception staff unfortunately. We thought they were rude to us on multiple occasions. Things like denying us help with the safe that we paid for immediately when we got there. Wouldn’t sell us water bottles even though you could see lots of bottles in the room next to reception desk. It was me and my 2 friends, all boys, ages between 20-24. Where we followed all hotel guidelines and respected the property at all times, but unfortunately we felt unfairly treated throughout our stay.
