Location perfect for the beach. Food very good and varied each day and even when restaurant was closed you could get a varied amount of food from the pizzeria. I liked the "return the glass" system for next drink which would have stopped a lot of wastage (as seen at other All Inclusive hotels) Staff overly helpful. First part of stay was busy with seemingly a lot of older people returning each year, second part was even busier like "spring break" with a big gang of College students from Ireland who were loud (but well behaved) . Would definitely visit again.
Staff were very good at removing towels from reserved sun beds although there were not enough sun beds.

A folyosóról minden zaj beszűrődik.

The animation staff were brilliant. Special mention to Anna. The food and drink were first class. Efficient service. Hotel was clean.
Upon check in, which was at midnight. We were informed that our booking were incorrect and we had to pay more money. Having showed our confirmations numerous times the discussion went on for two hours. The staff member was making things very difficult. Ringing the hotel manager whilst telling us we were not allowed to check in. We had children with us. After two hours they gave us rooms. On the ground floor next to the service area. Noise went on all night. The walls are paper thin. Next morning we were not allowed into breakfast and had to report to the hotel manager who told us we had nine people in our party. We had seven she counted the people in front of here and told us she would speak to head office. The treatment on check in and by the hotel manager was very poor. The room we were allocated felt like a punishment. This made us feel not welcome in the hotel.
The swimming pools were freezing cold!!
