Having the beach across the street. It gets busy, but not crazy as the beach in town
Need to walk 15 min to the high street if you want other food and drink options different from the hotel's offering. Not a deal breaker at all, but something to note.

Beautiful location. Family friendly. Nice staff.
Walls not soundproof enough. Understand that it is an old hotel, but sounds from neighbouring rooms goes right through.
