It was situated at a quiet part of Santa ponsa if you like it that way, the busy part is at the other side of the beach, I’ve been to this resort many times & fancied it a bit quieter this time.
I paid for a pool view but I was instantly upgraded to a different room, I arrived at the hotel at 4am so only noticed we had no pool view the next morning, I went to reception to ask why & that’s when I was told about the upgraded room, I could still have got my room with pool view & the staff kindly showed me that particular room however it wasn’t as modern as the upgraded room so I was kinda happy to stay in the upgraded room so not a big deal.

Cleanliness and very comfortable beds, lovely garden terrace and pool view and close to all amenities
Bathroom so small and unable to get in shower without opening door to room at the same time and leaving open while showering as the handles on the doors met. No shelves to put shampoo, etc in the shower. If you want a HOT breakfast forget it, plenty of other choices, steps on to restaurant outside terrace no hand rails. Never anyone at the bar if you wanted a drink even after ringing the bell several times no one came.
