Breakfast was lovely

Most the staff members were great but the person managing on day of arrival was not attentive and just seemed very distracted and did not have great customer service skills. Management on day of leaving was great and very happy and smiley!

The room was very cramped and the bathroom too - the sink was so small it was useless - nothing like the rooms advertised on booking .com - not worth £165 per night
