Breakfast not available on site. Room was spacious and really clean. Tea coffee milk, bottled water and toiletries all availableBathroom quite small but spotless and everything we needed.
Just a little bit out of centre. No breakfast availability. No parking on site. Kirb appeal could do with a bit of a tidy up.

Great surroundings. Many good restaurants and cafes. Botanical gardens and city are in fair walking distance. Several bus stops are also close by.
Pretty run down place. The mattress was horrible. The rooms smelled of mold covered with Febreze. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the mirror flickered like in a Horror movie.
