Personnel très à l’écoute, équipements extras (3 piscines, sauna, etc…) les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables
De plus prise en compte des allergies alimentaires
Le personnel de l’accueil est bcp moins accueillant que le reste du personnel ce qui est dommage (un petit bonjour est rentrant serait appréciable)

there were a few aspects that could be improved. We found it disappointing that the safe required an additional charge rather than being included in the room rate. It would have been much more convenient if all essential amenities were covered in the initial price.
The desserts served at dinner were also quite underwhelming compared to the rest of the food, which was otherwise enjoyable.
The balconies are positioned directly above one another, which offers limited privacy, but this was not a major issue for us.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, and quality of the main meals.

Arrêt de bus à moins de 5 min à 1h10 de l’aéroport en bus, personnel accueillant, belle chambre avec vue mer, bonne literie, la pension complète est très bien, le buffet matin et soir est parfait, énormément de choix, le midi à la carte c’était copieux, (très bon tiramisu)
C’est calme, piscines au top, très proche de la mer

keskmise suurusega hotell,sõbralik ja abivalmis personal.Asukoht kohe rannapromenaadi ligidal,ujumisrannad jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Keldrikorrusel väga mõnus väike SPA Soome sauna ja aurusaunaga + mullivann/bassein , millest ilmselt enamik hotellikülastajaid polnud teadlikud ja seetõttu oli väga privaatne. Hotelli vastas eraldi parkimisala hotelli külastajate autodele,rendiauto kasutajatele väga oluline kuna vabu parkimiskohti on keeruline leida. Hommikusöök tüüpiline selle hinnaklassi hotellile aga valik küllaltki suur. Hommikusöögil tundus et tööjõudu oli puudu laudade koristamiseks,heast tahtest viisime nõusid ise kärudele ära. Hotell tundus olema suunatud eelkõige vanemaealiste tursimigruppide teenindamisele,noori suurt polnud. Naaberhotellis õhtuti elav muusika,seal sai korra ka aega veedetud
toa koristamisel kasutati paaril korral väga vänget kloori, tükk aega tuli hiljem tuba tuulutada.
