Beautiful property. The location is about a 20 min walk from downtown, but we still walked most days. The pool and yard were lovely. They did a great job and cleanliness.
Lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. I tried reaching out several times the day we arrived and did not ever get a response. This was particularly stressful because we were arriving late and the entrance was not obvious.
In addition, they did not tell us that breakfast was not included which was frustrating upon check out. We also asked for car/taxi the day we left; they told us one would be there, so we went outside with our luggage. After 10 minutes we called the desk to ask if they were still coming and they let us know they could not find one. That was definitely frustrating, because we would have just found one ourselves earlier instead of waiting around. We could have missed our train! We ended up getting ourselves an uber. But the lack of them letting us know was very frustrating.

Loved the breakfast, outdoor area, the huge high ceiling rooms, the swimming pool, the funky decor, and the kind, professional, and attentive staff.
The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed recently. That was the only negative.
