In a nutshel - wonderful!

Everything was beautiful. The hit for me, were the beds! The most beautiful mattresses. I also forgot my wallet in the safe when we left. We were promptly called and the service was wonderful :)

Exceptional

Everything was just perfect. Nice pool area with easy access to the beach. Amazing restaurants with the best coctails. We had a spa, and the massage there was one of the best we had. Most importantly, we came across to the most kind people we've ever met in a hotel. Highly recommended, especially if you are travelling with young children. We are going to book again very soon.

Probably the best adult hotel in Cyprus

Everything was just perfect: + Perfect service + Own beach (in fact this is common beach but specifically in this hotel it's perceived as the own one) + Great location (+5 minutes by walk from nice cliff jumping point - Bridge of Lovers) + super view from balcony + Good cocktails ! (Which is quite rare for beach hotels ) + Multiple restaurants and bars with different meal options + Great food in restaurant + Very rational zones planning + Amazing atmosphere + Good zones + Adult only format, almost no kids + Multicultural with most of tourists from EU

No major issues at all. The only very minor thing was the attitude of one of the receptionists ladies (but only one, as the rest of them were very helpful and nice)

Everything is of excellent quality: the room, the restaurants, the spa, the sunbeds area. The staff is very well trained and the cleaning service is impeccable.

Fabulous beach holiday

Literally on the best beach in Ayia Napa. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delicious food from buffets to fine dining.

Lovely stay (if you pre book beach chairs)

I loved how the hotel was beach front. Staff were really nice.

You had to pre book beach lounges, so other guests would book front lounges for their entire stay, meaning many of the beach front ones remain empty for the entire day (as they do day trips etc). We had to use chairs facing a hedge so no view whilst the front 2 rows were empty for 2 days. I don’t think they should allow guests to book chairs for more than 1 day, so all paying guests get the opportunity to have beach front chairs..

4 nights at alion

The hotel location, the room view, and the way they placed the extra bed for my child was perfect and did not affect the size of the room, the property has 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants plus an extra one for breakfast, a nice private parking, the reception and staff are really friendly and can assist you with almost everything

The GYM was below average, sun beds are booked in advance although it was not mentioned in the booking if you arrive you will take what ever left not reserved.

Relaxing under palms, very good food!

Very nice Hotel and Pool/ Beach area on grass and under palms, very clean can comfortable. It is a nice place for some relaxing days on the beach or pool. The food (half board) is very good, really fresh, tasty, international and local! The rooms are OK, practical and clean. Towels and Sheets are replaced regularly or on request. From the Hotel you can easily walk/ hike along the coast line (beautiful) or 20 minutes to the town. Well, the area however you need to like. It is a heavy touristic place, with a lot of multi-floor Hotels in first to 5th line from the beach. The mountains and woods are quite far from the Agia Napa.

The late checkout request was a bit disappointing. Thought the Hotel definitely still had capacity, we had to leave our room (stress) since particularly this one had to be cleaned for the next guest. That the store the luggage and offer a possibility to shower at the indoor swimming pool was Ok, but still I would have hoped for more flexibility.

Quiet nice guests. Hotel not suitable for noisy guests.

Price. Both shower rooms in the indoor pool area were not working - one no water and the other no hot water.

Amazing hotel

The room, the facilities . The spa was amazing and we loved the gym as well as the deck restaurant. The staff was great, very helpful One of my best holiday It was my Bday and the staff was so attentive and we have a few Bday surprise waiting for us. The restaurant by the swimming pool . Yummy , didnt taste like bar food. A couple of vegan options Amazing

The only thing that was a bit of a miss is the fact that they didn’t have much vegan options in general. Especially at breakfast. Some things are easy to make : Vegan pancakes with a banana base our even vegan banana bread are easy to make . Maybe some avocado toasts would be nice for breakfast and some sort of vegan yogurt 😊

Great location, friendly and helpful employees. great SPA with an exceptional team and driven by service.

table arrangement for the first few days in the restaurant. fully booked, but not enough tables and for dinner it wasn’t properly reserved.

the stuff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The food and beverages were great. All our needs were met. We had a great experience at the spa.
