Breakfast: Good.
Beach: Very good, with free sunbeds.
Room: Comfortable, featuring a balcony where smoking is allowed.
Breakfast: Lacks variety (the same food is served daily).
Beach: The water isn't quite as nice as Nissi Beach.
Room: The Wi-Fi connection is very poor and the air conditioning is faulty.
Entertainment: No activities or music, no live music in the evenings.
Atmosphere: Visiting in September, we noticed the guest demographic was quite senior, with retirees making up roughly 70% of the visitors.

Location
A/C in room not working properly. There are no A/C units in corridors. The room has only 2 plugs not even close to bed. Needs renovation. Elevator is too small and there is only one elevator in each floor. Not stroller friendly.
