Location and parking. The lady on Reception was so helpful. Very pet friendly good value for money and a nice breakfast. She also cooked our evening meal and looked after us which was really tasty and good value for money

Location is very convenient, next to motorway and petrol station. We upgraded to a ground floor room with direct access to parking with security gate which was good as we had a lot of luggage. Friendly staff.

Comfortable bed ok room (but was the best ) shower was powerful
The gps sends you to a building site opposite hotel where you can’t get access without guessing where to go . It’s on the side of a motorway very noisy, dusty from building work full of truckers and construction workers ( nothing wrong with any of these but be aware it’s not a vacation hotel)
The evening meal was absolutely horrendous it was so bad I can’t even list the faults. Check in lady was lovely, the rest of staff were awful .
