Overall unit was clean, good size and AC worked well. Location was great. A short walk away from the tourist activity and the beach. There was a generator or something outside of the second bedroom which was very noisy day and night. That was an issue. Safe was not usable. It would have been nice to have the use of some beach chairs or toys. Many other units rented in other countries had a few toys to use.

The location for this apartment is very good, close to Tamarindo yet far from the noise. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Enjoyed the stay a lot and relaxing in the pool.

Management was rude and uncooperative. Would not let us check in early and made up all kinds of excuses instead of trying to accommodate. Condo had the BARE necessities and really needed updating. For the amount it is rented I am sure the owners could make it more asthetically pleasing. Was a great location though!

The area is good but the road is dusty and very bumpy. The community is great, pool is sublime and the service great. The lack of a dishwasher is a bit of a pain but overall, it is very good.

The condo was in a cute gated complex very walkable to town. I really enjoyed the separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and even a half bath downstairs. The kitchen was equipped with a majority of the necessities for cooking although some of the nonstick cookware was scratched so we couldn't use those. They were kind enough to provide washing detergent and also shower essentials however I did not prefer the smell of those. The local contact, Gustavo was a pleasure to work with. I would book again if I ever return.

Great safe property. Everything you need is there but food and drink. Don’t bring towels an iron or anything to weigh you down. If you plan to play golf the course is about an hour away and they rent clubs so leave them at home. Downside property is at the top of a hill with poorly paved roads and no lights. 15 minute walk to town. Do yourself a favor and rent a golf cart. I had a great time and def recommend to anyone.

This is the perfect spot for 1 or 2 couples. The condo is clean and nicely furnished. Small, private back patio for an afternoon cocktail. Quiet condo community with nice pool. Easy walk to the beach, markets and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Our place was nestled close to town but not in the middle seven minute walk to the beach felt secure safe the place was clean the beds were comfortable my only complaint was the number two on the lock on the front door was hard to press other than that it was a wonderful wonderful wonderful stay We will be back

The condo unit was great. It had all the amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay. The outside chairs were comfortable to sit on and have a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room kept everything very comfortable. Beach towels were provided so no need to bring your own. The safe was an added bonus we didn’t expect. It was nice to have a bbq with the unit even though we didn’t use it. The bicycles were also a nice touch. This unit would be great for either a family with a couple of children or for 2 couples. Glad we picked this unit for our 1 week stay.

This house was great for a couple, and would work perfectly for 2 couples or a small family with older children. The complex is slightly out of “town” but the walk was easy. The complex was very safe, and had stunning local landscaping. The unit was sparkling clean and well stocked. The A/C’s all worked great and the bed was actually quite comfortable. (I wanted to take the mango wood headboard home with me, it was gorgeous!) Gustavo was very helpful in booking and making sure we were well taken care of. Overall it was a wonderful, spacious place to enjoy Costa Rica from.

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien. El servicio fue excelente, inclusive nos dejaron salir un poco mas tarde de la hora de salida...

La unidad es muy confortable. Muy grande. con dos baños y medio. Bien equipado para cocinar lo que sea, lavar y secar en general.

La piscina es pequeña pero muy bonita.
Se encuentra a 1km mas o menos del centro.

De fijo el próximo año vuelvo...
