Its a very old castle with long history
Service in the restaurant Doremi was really off. Staff was young and just playing around and no work experience. Also the property has amazing view but only one bar without views. When we asked for a drink at 19:00 they had to make an exception to serve because that closes at 19:00?! I ordered a bottle of Amarone, she opened outside and poured into dirty white wine glasses without asking to taste. Serves male first. Was no music, we had to ask. Just not the experience that we read about online. We had the presidential suite. Qua square meter is nice but the bed is only 190cm, toilet was broken and jacuzzi did not work. Its just not worth the money.
