The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating to our changing arrival time due to transportation conflicts upon check-in. The bathrooms, albeit shared, were still often very available whenever needed and also clean. The sinks in the bathroom were very convenient. I saw some reviews about the area being unsafe and loud, but I think people might have just been iffed about having to walk around an area mostly inhabited by minorities (I did not feel unsafe at all walking back to the accommodation late at night ALTHOUGH I will say this may be different if you’re a female solo traveler) and I didn’t hear anything at night.
I liked pretty much everything! The mattress did have a dent on one side, which wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re a light sleeper could be a problem, and I think a really lovely addition would be to add hand soap for the bedroom sinks (didn’t want to brush my teeth without washing my hands first!).

Nice staff, the room an bathroom is good related to price
You have to pay 10 euro if you arrive after 8 pm. I did not meet any personal service apart from when I arrived
