The first hotel room I was given was nothing like the photos. It was rundown. It actually had feces and fecal matter all over the toilet and then I went to the downstairs and mention it to the lady showed her the photos. Someone had been staying in that room prior the floor was wet. It was completely old like from the 1980s then she felt bad and she gave me another room that was newer, completely different section. It was like night and day. I was so grateful for her doing that because the room that I was in was absolutely hideous and horrifying to have Specks on the toilet seat and hair on the floor is not OK.
The older section they didn’t even tell me that they had an old section. She told me that was all of the rooms they had available and then she saw that I really wanted to cancel reservation and that there was diarrhea, literally on the toilet.

Hotel is close to the town centre. Easy walk to the railway, tram and metro.
I could hear the people in the next room.
