The staffs were attentive. The toilets and bathrooms are cleaned everyday.
The fact thay guests pay for towels. It should be included in the bills or part of the services rendered. More so, telling guests to pay both for washing ad drying or hang the clothes elsewhere if he cannot afford the drying fee does not sound nice. If the fee must be paid, drying of clothes should be free.

Good location: 5 minutes' walk from the main train station and 12 minutes away from the stop for the airport bus. A good base from which to explore the city, although the surrounding areas do seem a little sketchy late at night. Nevertheless, the immediate area of the hostel is well lit.
My check in process after midnight was very smooth, with regular communication and all information provided on Whatsapp. Bed linen was provided, although one has to put it on oneself (no mean feat without lights - see points later in this review).
Strong and steady WiFi in both the common area and the rooms.
Having a cafe and a large supermarket on the ground floor of the building was very convenient.
The price was relatively low, so in spite of some of the things that weren't so good, the value for money was high.
The beds in the dorms could be significantly improved with just two adjustments - adding a curtain (or even a part-curtain) for privacy and adding an individual light.
The common area is quite disappointing. It is rather warm (weak air conditioning, if any) and closes at midnight by policy although there appears to be no meaningful reason to do so (the reception manager shooed us away). The general vibe is also not one of community and shared travel experiences, but very sterile and not welcoming. The three small fridges were fully packed to the point where it seemed like some stuff needed to be cleared out.
Towels are provided for a fee (note: the listing of 'Facilities' in Booking.com is unclear about this)
