Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, in a good location.
The lights in the room were not all working and would flicker throughout the night even while in the off position.

Great central location, easy access, clean and comfortable room, good amenities. The man at the front desk was quite helpful and we were able to keep our bags in a locker in the lobby for free. Would recommend. This was the second place we stayed at in Bilbao, and was definitely the better of the two.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly
Badroom was not ventilated enough and smelled like mold. You could see it had been overrun with water in the past and that also smelled bad. Really bad.

This is only for the second room after requesting to be changed to a new one.
Location is good but be advised it is a good hike uphill
Room was big, had toiletries and clean towels
Bed was comfortable
Aircon in the room
Staff was nice
First room was at the basement
The window overlook a school and it was super noisy, even when closed
Room was hot
It was damp and smelled like mould
Walls were dirty and there were ants on the floor
I was honestly shocked for 70e/night. Which is quite expensive
I requested a new room and was given right away.
