The Hostel itself is well maintained, quiet, and fully stocked with what you need in order to travel through a city. It is a little out of the centre, making it a nice way to explore and see other sides to the city. If you're travelling on a budget, there are some amazing Middle Eastern and African Restaurants nearby.
Perfectly acceptable hostel with friendly staff and good facilities. Would have been nice if they'd have let me keep my bag with them after checkout for an hour so I could grab lunch before my onward journey (They offered a small locker to rent), but this is a minor inconvenience.

The bathrooms are nice. The kitchen and shared room are nice. The atmosphere was calm.
We don’t like the location of the Hostel. We didn’t feel safe coming back in the afternoon/evening.

"I stayed in the 14 bed room and it was great. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Nothing to complain about. Javi from reception was absolutely amazing as he had all the knowledge of Bilbao...."
