The property waa gorgeous and full of character. The welcome was very friendly with beautiful room and ensuite.
Slept well with facilites meeting expectation. Breakfast waa plentiful and tasty, especially the second morning ! We has a wander aeound the grounds and met the goats, sheep and chickens, lovely to learn about the maple syrup process too, from our host. We were able to purchase some too from him.
All was great, we were asked to take our shoes off in the house, but that just made our stay feel like we were at a home, rather than a hotel.

The most attractive part is we enjoyed the morning breakfast with other guests,we talked about different things and shared our experiences
Also the host is very friendly and always gives us helpful advice

The B&B is quaint. The breakfast was amazing, and Austin was most amazing. The grounds are nice to walk around, with Hot Tub + Sauna. The host was very accommodating, willing to serve an early morning breakfast the morning of my event.
Communications were horrible. When I registered, I asked if they could make a pet exception to their policy. The only reply I got was "your request has been accommodated". One week before, I confirm and I'm told via a reply to my original request (2 months later) a strict hard no. Fair enough -- and presumably the initial response was an automated booking.com response. I really wish they would have communicated more. I requested a cancellation and never heard back. So I figured I'd go alone, do my Fondo event and come back and lose one night's sleeps. When I called to confirm I'd be later than expected (8-9 PM), the host yelled at me at the phone, called me inconsiderate, told me that I was stopping him from running his business, and that I should go find another accommodation. I pleaded, and I got to stay. Once I got on site, the host (Austin, presumably another person) was incredibly nice and accommodating, which ended up turning a "will-I-get-yelled-at-again" anxiety inducing event into more of a relaxing experience.
