About this house rental
Located in Port Aransas, this charming house for $632 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sunshiner is a beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house located in the beachfront subdivision "Royal Sands." It has a private walkway to one of the two community swimming pools. Take a short walk to the community boardwalk to the beach, then come back and rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower in the back of the house. The driveway provides plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles. (garage permanently locked) The first floor has a bunk room that sleeps 4 with a bathroom and a door leading out to back yard patio. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the Master bedroom with a king size bed. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the beautiful community swimming pool. Also on this floor are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a full size bed with a private balcony. The third floor contains a bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the bay. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV and internet access. The third floor also contains a full bathroom, living room (complete with a 52" TV), dining room that seats eight and a spacious kitchen with an island bar that seats four. Leading off the dining room is a large covered deck with more seating, overlooking the community pool. The outdoor area in the backyard provides plenty of seating and a large table for outdoor dining. This house was built in 2013 and designed for the perfect Port A vacation! Three night minimum for all reservations, Four night minimum for major holidays.

The house was very nice and very clean. You will need to bring extra basic item’s because this owner doesn’t provide much as far as trash bags, toilet paper, towels, etc. Also no games or water toys like previous properties I have stayed. That being said , the house itself was great! Nice beds and linens. Great decor. Would have been nice to have a toaster but lots of pots and pans. Pool is basically in the backyard and beach was a short walk. Would definitely recommend for large families.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The two pools and hot tub were right out our back yard which the kids loved. The beach was a short walk--about .4 mile. It was big enough for everybody to have a bed and the kitchen/living room was wonderful.
My only complaint was the stairs. A 74-year-old woman like me should be on one level. My legs are still killing me. Just kidding. I have stairs at home, just half as many.

Enjoyed staying at the beach house. Lots of room for our large extended family. Swimming pool near by and the beach was also close.

Our family traveled to Port Aransas for a 4 day/3 night stay. The house was in great condition, very clean and neat. It has everything you could possibly need on your vacay! The neighborhood is very cute. We ended up renting a golf cart to transport our stuff to and from the beach. The owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This house was so much more than the listing! This house was amazing compared to the houses we have stayed at in the past. There was so much room & the balconies & patio was amazing. Not to mention you can literally walk to the pool from the backyard!🤯 the board walk isn't too far from the house either which is awesome, not bad of a walk but even better with a golf cart! Overall a great experience

Nice place for a beach vacation

Great Weekend
We had a great stay at this property. The check in was very smooth and easy. There is everything you need at the house and everything was clean and ready. I would recommend bringing extra bath towels, but besides that everything was perfect.

We have 4 grown kids, ages 23-28, that all brought their significant others. We also had two grands ages 2 mos and almost 4. Everyone loved the house. We rented golf carts that made for easy beach access over the boardwalk.

Great place, and in a hard to find five bedroom. Close enough to Port A to easily get take-out, but far enough away to be able to social distance on the beach.

Vajdos Family Beach Trip
Everything was really good... The kitchen was The Bomb".... Instead of a double bed, a king or queen would have been much nicer! Waste baskets in bathrooms too small and trashcan needed outside for grilling area... Bad board on front stairs... We had a blast! Thank you!

Grandkids Annual Trip
The family enjoyed the beach house so much that my granddaughter wants me to rent the same place next year for four nights instead of three. The house was very beautiful and spacious. I strongly recommend the house to anyone. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was clean and nice and would couldn't have asked for a better spot.
For future renters, the beach is really close, but a little too far to walk with beach gear. There are parking spots by the boardwalk just for the community which is super helpful. I would highly recommend a golf cart or buying the beach pass to drive your car on the beach. We had a great time, I would highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Beautiful property and perfect location. We had a wonderful time at The Sunshiner beach house. The house was large enough for all my family and the location was perfect. The pool is located right behind the house . The kitchen/family room accommodated all of us without being cramped. House was very clean and cool.
