feel at home in a newly discovered city

very central location in the fashion shopping street, large, bright, airy apartment with beautiful furnishings, large rooms for up to 4 people (using the sofa bed) with a pleasant small terrace from which to enjoy the view. very present and attentive staff. we will be back

When we walked in to the apartment after a very long trip from Canada, our mouths dropped. We could not stop looking ou

It is spacious. The view off the balcony is stunning. Very well situated, close walk to metro and museums. Easy to get in and out with the door codes. Very comfortable, large beds and big pillows. Well equipped kitchen.

The stools around the kitchen table are very high. It would be nice if there was a couple lower chairs. I would have like to know about what to do with recycling. I would have appreciated a towel to dry dishes, as we did not use the dishwasher.

for summer time the apartment is a bit hot and has no air con and if you open the windows it is a little bit noisy

Perfect apartment and location.

Location was perfect. Apartment was clean. Perfect view with beautiful terrace. Fully occupied kitchen which was perfect because i was traveling with family.

AC only in the living room which was not clear in the description of the apartment. I would not recommend the apartment in summer.

Very comfortable, spacious and well located

The apartment was very spacious and well lit. It was very centrally located and was close to public transport & and had a nice view of the fancy shopping streets. It was a very good property for traveling with a jumpy active toddler also - only, there are some breakable stuff in the reach of kids - which we had moved up as soon as we went in.

The key code process was a bit unclear at first - but I was able to reach the host team very easily and they guided through the process. The kitchen was well equipped, but had none of the essential items like a bit of oil, salt, pepper etc. It would've been helpful to have these as it didn't make sense for us to buy these from the supermarket just for 3-4 nights.

Fantastic stay in a very large and quiet well furnished apartment.

Everything. The apartment was fantastic and so big. The ceiling is really high too. Really clean, spacious with everything you could wish for. Bath room was brilliant with large bath. Balcony has a good view back towards the city centre. Despite being near a main road the actual apartment is at the rear of the building and really quiet. Only noise when you open the balcony door. Didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. Kitchen units are large with all the fixtures you could need. loads of spare pillows as the apartment can accomodate more than the two of us. A really wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance from a main metro stop, shops nearby. If we could, we would have stayed longer.

After a long day out exploring, the main door code didn't work. After much back and forth on the APP, which is essential, someone came to meet us and explained it was probably broken. Luckily as my phone battery was down to the last 5%. We were provided alternative means of entry for the remainder of our stay.

Excelent location

Very nice minimalist interior design, with high quality equipments

The coach is not very confortable for 2 persons. The location of the Sweet Inn apartments is not signalized on the exterior of the building, we have been guided on the phone to the place...

Poor

not much except that it was well located and spacious. I thought by renting a higher standing place I would have a quality service. I advised them at my arrival that the place was dirty they did nothing about it.

they claim they are covid safe but the place was not cleaned properly . Dusty and I had to clean every dish cup or spoon I wanted to use couch was stained I had to cover it to sit on it as it looked disgusting.
