Locatie prima, in winkelstraat, parkeergarage dichtbij.
Centrum goed aan te lopen.
Hygiëne: badkamer niet schoon, voornamelijk douchegedeelte (veel kalkaanslag).
Geen gordijn voor raam van 1 slaapkamer.
Deur van de koelkast zat los, daarom moeilijk open te krijgen.
Deur vaatwasser kon maar klein eindje open.
Tussendeur klemde op de vloer, moeilijk dicht te krijgen. Ook ruitje in de deur was los.
Zitbank niet comfortabel.

Nothing
I recently booked a stay at this property, and I can only describe the experience as a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our stay was going to be a disaster.
First and foremost, the property had a persisting bathroom leak issue that rendered the toilet completely unflushable. The bathroom floor was flooded with water, which appeared to be leaking from somewhere, making it not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, the property was plagued by mould and dampness, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy living environment.
We immediately reached out to the host in hopes of resolving these issues, but our pleas fell on deaf ears. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response whatsoever. It's both frustrating and disappointing when a host shows such a blatant disregard for their guests' well-being and satisfaction.
Furthermore, our interactions with two staff members on the property yielded no results either. They promised to assist but failed to follow through, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability.
This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing. We were forced to seek alternative accommodation at our own expense, which significantly disrupted our travel plans and budget. This property's management, along with the host and staff's indifference to our predicament, left us deeply unsatisfied and frustrated.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this property. Our stay was marred by a persisting bathroom leak, a lack of cleanliness due to state of property, mould and dampness, and a complete absence of host responsiveness or staff support. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay.

Spaceous, good location.
Fungus on the bathroom walls, one room did not have curtains, the doors of the refrigerator and wassing machine were broken off, ... In a bad state

No air conditioning, and the only fan was broken.
Everywhere was dirty or broken and every equipment didn’t have manuals.

excellent location , ten minutes walk to Grand Place and some great Little restaurants and bars in the area around the apartment
it’s exceptionally hot at the moment , unusually so . The apartment didn’t have air conditioning and just one fan stand . A fan for each bedroom would’ve been great

Customer service does not respond. Apartment is poorly maintained, would expect more for the price:
* Entrance from the streets to the apartment does not lock
* Black mould all over bathroom ceiling and sides
* One of the rooms has a broken window (cracked glass) and no blinds - not great when the sun rises at 5am
* Tired walls all through the apartment with scuffs and stains
* Broken living room chairs and cabinet covers in the kitchen area
* Only one fan provided (which doesn’t work)
Make sure to take photos upon arrival as the apartment requires a deposit for any damages. Strange request as most things are damaged already.

The location is great, most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The place is pretty comfortable and towels etc. are provided.
Some of the equipments such as dishwasher was not functioning and the written instructions were for old equipments (washing machine, dishwasher). There were dust on some places and scratches on the walls due to luggage but mostly clean enough.

Excellent communication. All info was clear, even if every thing is automated and there is no physical reception. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The location is in the heart of Brussels, close to the main attractions.

Bed is comfy. location is very good. very handy with the metro and shops. very clean. good value. we're family of 5 with children form 9 to 16. restaurants are plenty.
I didnt know if this is rough area or not. but felt a little bit unease with the area, but so far no bad experience. go easy on the bleach for cleaning. smell stayed for 2 days. a bit noisy at night and u can hear the footsteps from the upper floor most of the time and u can't sleep.

The property was in need of a great deal of attention.
The kitchen and bathroom cupboard doors were very tatty and worn. There was no integrated door on the dishwasher. The general paintwork was in need of being repainted. The shower door didn’t fit well and so the water poured onto the bathroom floor. There was mould in the bathroom.
There was no curtain or blind on the second bedroom and one window was smashed. The wallpaper was ripped in both bedrooms.
There was no towel rail in the toilet room. There was glass panels missing from an internal door between the hall and living area.

Very close to metro and shopping and short walk to Grand Central
Building key code does not work. It is possible to get into building by pushing very hard without entering any keys. On of the bathroom sinks does not drain properly. The shower holder is broken. The kitchen tap does not flow properly. Only 4 small pillows were provided for 4 guests

Location is in the center of shopping street. But quite far from main downtown (sightseeing). There are three bedroom with a separated toilet and bathroom; and one living room. Heater is also available.
No elevator. And my room is on the third floor (seem like fourth floor). The stair is quite small and high. No parking space available. The main gate to the building is quite hard to open; need to push it harder.

Good location, spacious lounge area, the double bedrooms were spacious too. The room with the single beds were okay.
No keys and using a code was useful.
The door to the building is very stiff and we weren’t given any heads up about this. So after putting the code in multiple times and it not opening, we assumed we were locked out. The help provided from the company was lacklustre and overall poor customer service. No call backs were provided despite the receptionist saying they would call us back, and no sense of urgency was given to help us. Especially it being so late into the night too.
Also, please update your tea and sugar bags. The tea bags were obviously very old, the sugar itself had gotten damp inside and were clumped together. You also provide a coffee machine but no coffee capsules so either remove it or maybe offer complimentary coffee capsules too would be welcomed and appreciated.
The heating also didn’t work despite the instructions on the wall, but thankfully it wasn’t too cold while we stayed. I dread to think how cold it would get in winter months for people visiting.
The bedroom with the single beds also had no blinds and a crack in the window too.

It was big enough for us. Once you know the city it is in a good location but the first walk to the apartment was too long (via google maps)
One of the rooms had very narrow beds and the glass in the window was broken.... No blinds and no curtains... we had to buy garbage bags and tape so our son could sleep with less light

The location was great, easy to get to from the main Brussels train stations and the metro stops right outside. There's lots of shops, cafes and restaurants on the door step too.
The place was filthy. There was dust everywhere and the floors could do with some mopping. It was like the only cleaning that happened between stays was change of sheets.

1. It was a big space and I am a person who needs space. We spent most of the time out of the apartment so the time we did was basically sleeping and breakfast but there was plenty comfortable space for the four friends we were to sit around and drink. There was a TV so probably we could have had good music too. 2. The beds were very comfortable. Mostly hotels and short stay places have this extra soft beds that one sinks into but here the mattress was perfect. 3. Great location in a vibrant community and lot of international restaurants nearby. I can particularly vouch for a great Korean restaurant - Hana where I got amazing bulgogi.
1.Although it went fine in the end, locks on doors inside would be nice particularly on toilet and bathroom. I personally would have liked bedroom as well but it's not a deal breaker. 2. it was very warm to have only comforters on the bed something thinner would have been appreciated. 3. Soap in the toilet would have been nice eventually we found a dispenser in the bathroom but our initial thought was "this place provides nothing for what it charges". 4. A few more clarifying rules and apartment status needed. We did not consume the alcohol we bought and were confused if we are allowed to leave it behind. Since we found nothing against it we did leave it and hope someone uses it as they are all packed unopened cans. Also there was some damage on one of the window glasses which I wrote about to the property managers, I hope they had already known of it and do not try to pin it on us.

there was a broken window in one room and no window blinds. there was no microwave. the walls had several large marks on them and needed retouching. only one pillow per person. the bedside lights in my bedroom did not work. the hall was full of rubbish. it was not smart. far from it

The apartment is located on an extremely busy noisy junction, you will not get a good nights sleep due to all the noise.

location was great, self check in was straight forward
furnishing and general upkeep of the property was disappointing. furniture needed updating - leg of one of the single beds was broken. shower screen didn’t protect floor from flooding and shower drain blocked. lamp fell off wall when turning light switch on. no iron when it was listed on the amenities for the property. hallway/lobby entrance was cluttered with rubbish and tile on stairs broken.

Beautiful space, with a tiny cute floor above. Spacious.
The lounge of Smartflat apartments was very accommodating and we could leave our luggage the first and the last day, which was very comfortable.
Quite a lot of details that deceived us – self-repaired broken window, dismantled ventilation in the bathroom, dishwasher without the front protective part. The most annoying one was running water in the toilet washbasin from the very beginning of our stay till our departure. The noise was disturbing, the waste of water was alarming… But we were not able to stop it, although we tried to solve it and urge the host, but (s)he just asked for a photo/video and didn’t respond any more.
