Alles in allem durchwachsen mit gemischten Gefühlen

- Lage - Aussicht - Apartment gehobener eingerichtet

- Fenster kaputt - Dichtung Duschkopf - TV ging nicht - Schlafcouch unkomfortabel - Schlafzimmertür kaputt - 2 Personen kamen einfach rein am Donnerstagmittag

¡Precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen!

Las vistas y la ubicación.

Cuando llegamos encontramos platos sucios en el lavavajillas, restos de comida en las paredes, la televisión destrozada, mesa con una marca de quemadura, la placa de cisterna del inodoro desbloqueada, la placa de cocina rayada, un colchón sucio, paredes llenas de manchas, malos olor debido al desagüe de la lavadora que no estaba sellado, no había cafetera... Inmediatamente envié un correo electrónico a Smart Flats y me dijeron que habían informado al departamento a cargo, ¡Pero no se hizo nada para resolver nuestros inconvenientes y así quedo durante toda nuestra estancia! ¡Me gustaría señalar que ya no volveré a Smart Flats!

Heerlijk verblijf in mooie stad.

Fijne lokatie. Bij metro Louize. En er is een overdekte parkeergarage in de straat. Leuk vegan koffietentje tegenover het appartement. Heerlijke bedden. Alle ramen kunnen open. Bij leuke winkels.

De bedbank lag niet helemaal goed. Liep schuin af. En extra bedlinnen voor de bedbank kost 25 euro extra.

Fenêtre cassé ne ferme pas donc du bruit toute la nuit et avons eu froid toutes les nuits Fuite lavabo cuisine La télévision ne fonctionne pas Le wifi est très lente Pas d’oreiller sur place La hotte est hors service Apparemment fumeur une odeur désagréable Pas de serviette sur place Pas de balai dans l’appartement

Ekelhaftes Quartier. Schlimmer Service- keine Reaktion von Vermieter!

Wir haben die Reise aufgrund der Erfahrungen in dem Quartier abgebrochen! Rückmeldung auf meine WhatsApp und Anrufe erfolgte gar nicht oder nur mit Autotext. Schlimmste Unterkunft ever!! Nie wieder

Es stank nach Abfluss in beiden Badezimmern!! Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch. Schwarze Haare auf Kopfkissen. Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen! Licht im Flur vor Wohnungstür defekt.

Un séjour décevant. Prestations et service client pas à la hauteur du standing affiché.

La localisation, l'agencement et la décoration de l'appartement.

Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas (et donc la télé non plus) -nous avons joint le service "client" mais aucune solution de nous a été apportée - Deux fenêtres sont défectueuses : aucune isolation du bruit de la rue. Très peu d'équipements et de vaisselle dans la cuisine - Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de la hotte de la cuisine (là-encore aucun retour du service client)

Prachtig, compleet en schoon. Mooie locatie

Keurige accommodatie, geheel compleet. Mooie badkamer en prima bed. Alles met toegangscodes dus erg makkelijk.

Net zoals een keer hiervoor geen TV kanalen ( wel TV maar geen ontvangst) en ook werkende WIFI.

The location is amazing. Close to the metro and in a nice neighborhood. You are in a walking distance from some amazing restaurants, the metro station is 2 minutes away as well. It was warm, clean and cozy. The facilities exceeded our expectations.

The wifi was almost not usable, and the pull out couch is really squeaky. Whoever sleeps there and not in the bedroom gets a worse deal. Maybe it's not the same for other apartments, but that was our experience. But these were miner downfalls. Overall we were very satisfied.

Vreselijk appartement, amper geslapen

De locatie was prima, als in: alles was op een loopafstand van 30 minuten te bereiken. Qua locatie met betrekking tot geluid: vreselijk.

- Er was geen fatsoenlijke trap aanwezig. Ook niet verwelkomend wanneer er brand uitbreekt. - Er lag een drol in de hal bij een gaar doodlopend trappengat - Geluidsoverlast van buiten, niet te doen - Geluidsoverlast van andere mensen in appartementen van smartflats. Elke avond was het feest tot ‘s ochtends vroeg. Totaal niet comfortabel. - Contact met de eigenaren was mega slecht; als in, er was gewoon geen mogelijkheid om te communiceren. - Totaal niet schoon bij aankomst. - Ontbreken van een fatsoenlijk shampootje oid.

Güzel konum ve fiyata rağmen oda kokusu dayanılmazdı

konumu çok güzeldi, daire çok büyüktü. giriş çıkış çok rahat bir yerdi.

oda da korkunç bir pis su gideri kokusu vardı. dayanılmaz bir haldeydi. 4 kişi rezervasyonu yaptığımız halde 2 adet çift kişilik yatak vardı. 2+1+1 olduğu yazıyordu. Odada yataklar haricinde 1-2 koltuk da olmalıydı.

Average place to stay

Location was nice. Kitchen, bathroom and boardroom were decorated nicely

At the end moment, they changed the house number which wasn’t matching to Google and it was a trouble finding for it. Moreover, they mentioned that the flat has an air conditioner but it didn’t have. The fan was also not working. We complained to the customer care, they promised to us that it will be fixed but nobody came in 3 days to fix it. It was horrible to sleep without a fan. Customer service is very poor. They don’t revert you and if they do then they don’t provide service for it.

Will never book Smartflats sgain!

We can't review our booked apartment because Smartflats changed our booking venue the day of arrival on an international flight without informing us. They gave us a new address in a central restaurant district and placed us on first floor with loud revelling happening all night - very noisy and caused lack of sleep.We rrsearched and booked a specific apartment that met our needs for 5 adults and were given a different apartment that slept 4 and the 5th had to sleep on the couch which was not a sofa bed. The apartment was very poor- broken chair- only 3 chairs to sit on, dishwasher broken, toilet seat broken, no privacy because others had to travel through one bedroom to get to toilet and the first couple had to travel through second bedroom to get to shower. Doors to bedrooms had holes in them. Door handles were broken. Poor communication- downgraded us to a poorer and cheaper apartment with previous poor reviews without notice. I will not trust Smartflats with any booking in future.

The check-in process was automated, allowing us to provide all necessary details before our arrival. We received the door codes in advance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free entry. The location of the place is conveniently close to the metro, and there are plenty of food options available nearby. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for a pleasant stay.

While the toilet was newly constructed, it was slightly compact in size

Great base for exploring Brussels

Massive main room and big bedrooms. Having the kitchen with a fridge was excellent. No air con but you can open the big windows to get a breeze (also brought in the sounds of the city). Even though not in the centre of town it is a lively shopping district with a short walk to metro and tram stop.

Both shower rooms had a bit of a Brussels pong to them, but we got used to it. Mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. The small single pillow per person didn't help (though we did find spare pillows in one of the bedrooms at the end of our stay).

Very bad stay, inhuman management left us with small children to wait until 16:00 to access flat

No air conditioner, inhuman staff, did not contact us to find out how we were doing, we could be dead in there!!!, address given to get there wrong 1/3 instead of 2/4 capitaine crespel, the fan was not working the heat in the flat unbearable even with all the windows open. We did not sleep for 4 nights, they emptied our bank account by taking €300 twice and didn’t tell us until we could not get money from cash machine. They did not even apologise for it, they were saying it is not our fault and you are not the only ones. Can you imagine!!! Us if it was our fault they took our money twice…..

no basic stuff like body wash , shampoo etc and also it’s hot inside and no alternative other than opening the windows …no air conditioner.

The location is very convenient as near to Metro and shopping area. Quiet and size of the flat is good. Communication with staff was satisfied as they give clear instruction for check in & check out.

No hot water for shower for the last day of stay. Toilet tap leaking. The sofa bed was not comfortable. No dish washing sponge, the cooking pan worn out.

Pleasant

The pictures Sheets were clean

Furniture was old. Some things were broken (dishwasher) . One sink was blocked. No iron. Felt like if you open something it will fall apart. Coffee machine is the worst thing i have ever seen Very noisy area. Entrance could be used only by fit people and was surrounded by creepy audience. There were strange people ringing on the bell and shouting something. Smell of joint was there from the morning.
