Gorgeous position high in the mountain with incredible view over the port. The pool and pool bar looked great although I didn’t use them. The bed and bedding was comfortable and there’s a mini fridge.
I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a car park. When I arrived the tiny car park was full, and when I parked (not in a space but not blocking anyone in) I was told to move the car that’s not a space. I explained that I had booked this hotel for the parking the reply was basically “as you can see the car park is small and you can go park on the road” or down in the car park in the town”.

Fantastic location with views to catch your breath
Nothing! The stairs and hill to town whilst steep, were only a 5 minute walk and soooooo worth the effort

Very clean and the staff were very accommodating
The position of the hotel too far from the centre the only way was walking down 120 steep steps. No tables or mirror in the bedroom for my wife to apply makeup or do her hair.

Good things: location, you get beach towels, a hat and sun cream, on site yoga classes, can top up water for free, very good and health breakfast selection. Breakfast staff v friendly (but not the reception staff or dinner staff).
Room cleaning is every second day unless you say you want it every day - we said we wanted it every day and after the first night they didn’t even change the bed clothes! We had some glasses in the room from the pool that day and they just left them there. Staff are NOT that friendly at reception - I felt like my asks were just annoying them (I asked them for two things - to change my taxi time and for new beach towels as the storm got ours wet and honestly I felt like I was causing a huge problem). Hate that if you want a drink to your room they insisted that we had plastic glasses and we couldn’t bring a normal glass. THREE times I picked up a plate at the breakfast buffet and it wasn’t clean.if you want a pool room
Please specify you do NOT want room 127. It’s barely a pool room because it’s in the corner in the shaded area so it’s really dark and not like the photos. We were waiting for our room to be ready on the first day and they brought me to a shower room to get ready and it smelled so damp. Overall strange smells in the hotel, a bit damp.
