The children’s area was UNREAL! It’s literally 10 steps from the beach! Right on the strip! Dinner/ breakfast has good variety!
The dinner plates at the buffet were sometimes wet and dirty. Even when the room was services it wasn’t cleaned. It was literally just making the bed. It would have been nice to have seen the floor cleaned. Also no laundry facilities so makes longer stays hard.

The pools and aqua park were great for the kids. It wasn't very busy or noisy. Food was good but not a lot of variety. Some dinners were dissapointing as they had a lot of dishes we wouldn't eat. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. The staff was very nice and helpfull.
They have a lot of activities for kids, but no entertainment for adults.

You are encouraged to leave the Hotel more often.
The hotel is best prepared to accommodate families with small children, if you are adults or the children are above the age of 12 probably you won't be happy here.
The rooms need maintenance and there are no pool for adults, only children pools.
in the evening there are no possibility to sit around the pool to just talk and enjoy the breeze.
The only sitting possibility is either in the overcrowded lobby and the game room where there are daily loud shows and not enough ventilation or seats.
Sound isolation in the room is also very poor, you'll be hearing everyone walking in the corridor and in the neighbour room.
As far as the food goes, well we skipped a lots of meals and we had to buy our instant coffee...........
