The staff were lovely. The room was gorgeous and we were upgraded to have a sea view. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. No issues parking. All in all we loved it.
We had stayed in this location before and chose it for the free parking but be aware that it is fairly far out and taxis into the city are expensive.

Lovely hotel set in nice grounds, ideally base for a day trip to San Sebastián.

Never before have I felt so welcome at a hotel. And what’s beautiful hotel! Exceptionally comfortable accommodation and beautiful grounds. Staff and management could not do enough for us.
Nothing to not like

Staff were pretty friendly, grounds were very pleasant.
Room was very small and badly designed. The hotel charges 30 euros for breakfast and 25 euros for 1 HOUR in the spa. It just felt like a complete rip off so we didn't bother with either. And then at dinner, two extra wines were added to our bill which we didn't have.
