Pool was closed outside due to increment weather, however, it was summer so still warm. Not sure why that would deter them from opening it but it was a disappointment for us.
Did not like that we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the apartments

The property is exceptional and in beautiful nature, you can take walks, go on hikes, pools are great for families and even for the babies.
I have never slept on the bed so squeaky… The temperature inside with the pool is always around 32-33°C and it becomes really hot. The food in the hotel is expensive and it is not worh the money.

Lovely remote area in countryside with woodland views from chalets.
Lovely balcony in room which could sit in to relax at night and early morning.
Very well stocked breakfast with lots of variety.
Enjoyed for a one night stay.
Pool complex was nice but expected more from a thermal pool, very busy in day.
Enjoyed the night swimming though when it was bit quieter and was very relaxing.
Rooms small in size. Construction ongoing, feel's slightly overpriced.

Pool was good but not exceptional, a bit old and need renovation.
Charging station (on of my key reason to choose this hotel) only one was working so I couldn't charge.
Wifi was too overcrowded so it doesn't worked, the personal new this but so far did nothing.
At the time I went there a lot of pending construction on the way make not very pleasant the view of the building.
