The property was in a good location, away from the noise and hustle of the Grand canal street, yet only about a 5 minute walk from the St. Marco square and public water taxi shuttles.
It has a lovely view over a canal and bridge. It also has an elevator, which is a plus when transporting luggage to your room.
I stayed in a two bedroom, first floor apartment which I loved. From the dining room table I had views of the canal and bridge. The rooms and space were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with all your needs.
The are many good restaurants within a 3to 7 minute walk.

It was away from all the tourists and they gave us an upgrade to a bigger apartment.

The location was wonderful, it was quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was not great, the second bed in the twin room was a camp bed meaning it was not as comfortable as the rest.

Staff were generally quite friendly and flexible
You have to pay for regular cleaning. The beds aren’t very comfortable. The shower and bathroom is quite small.
The only reason to book it would be the location. The amenities and comfort isn’t great.
