Size of the room. Restaurant.
Access to the property is difficult A very narrow kutcha road connects the property with the main road. If one vehicle comes in the opposite direction, both the vehicles get stuck. Bathroom had a perpetual stink.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent, the staff were warm and courteous, and the rooms were comfortable with lovely views. On those aspects alone, this would easily have been a 10/10 experience.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the way a customer complaint was handled. We were without Wifi for over 24 hours, and despite raising the issue multiple times, there was little communication, no meaningful updates, and no sense of urgency. It took escalating the matter to the General Manager before we received any proper response.
Technical issues can happen at any hotel, but what matters is how they are managed. The lack of communication and poor handling of the situation left a disappointing final impression on what was otherwise an excellent stay.
