The sewer disposal right outside. The smell was intolerable. But it did not noticeable if you dont go in the balcony.

The hotel is located in one of the main centers of the region famous with it's hikes, blue water lakes and scenic roads.
The location inside the village is perfect, it is almost in the center of it with all things closeby.
The room is clean and looks like it was renovated recently. There is a small kitchen in the room, which is really great if you want to cook yourself.
The staff is friendly and as there is a restaurant on the ground floor from the same owner, you get 20% discount on all the food there.
There is a big free parking lot near the hotel which is ideal if you travel with the car.
One of the surprises was excellent internet speed and TV where you can connect your personal Netflix account and enjoy some series in the afternoon.
We booked a room that had a "Sea view" in the name, but there is no Sea nearby, the hotel is far from sea or fjord. There is definitely a river view as there is a nice river nearby, but in our particular room the view was partially hidden behind the roof of the restaurant below. Not a problem, to be honest as you will probably not stay long inside the room as there are so much nice nature around.

Anders is a welcoming host and the room was comfortable. We enjoyed our meal at Napoli Pizzeria as well. Everyone works hard to make their guests happy.

Room was clean and relatively modern
Unfortunately, the photos create a much better impression than the reality, and we expected something quite different based on the Booking listing.
overall property was disappointing. Breakfast had a very limited selection, with loud music playing from early in the morning, which made the atmosphere rather unpleasant.
The building is not properly secured, and it is possible to enter it from two different sides without any supervision, as there is no reception. This did not give us a strong sense of security.
Fitness facilities are not included in the price, although the photos may suggest otherwise. The same applies to the location and view – from the photos, we had the impression that the property was by the water, while our actual view was simply onto the street.
Soundproofing is also very poor. You can hear everything from the corridor, and every door being slammed is loud enough to wake you up.
Overall, while the room itself was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the photos and listing.
