We had a really lovely stay! The room was clean and cleaned every day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. The view from the room was incredible, overlooking the sea, Benidorm and the beach. The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. The sea was clean and warm.
We really liked the restaurant. It has an incredible view of the sea and the beach. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and didn’t regret it, as we really didn’t feel like walking around in the heat looking for somewhere to have lunch. We actually preferred the food here to what we had at the restaurants along the promenade, and the price was very reasonable. The menu changed every day, with plenty of Spanish cuisine, including paella and plenty of fresh vegetables. There were always 3–4 meat options and 3–4 fish or seafood options, all cooked right there at the open kitchen. There were also two types of soup, a wide variety of pastries for breakfast, and a large selection of cakes and ice cream for lunch and dinner. On Saturdays, cava was served at breakfast, along with a chocolate fountain.
There was always plenty of fresh and juicy Spanish fruit — plums, peaches, pears, watermelons and melons, which were our favourite. The restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. They were smiling, joking and happy to help. Dirty plates were cleared quickly, and tables were promptly prepared with clean tablecloths for the next guests. We never saw any queues or mess. Everything worked like clockwork.
In general, everyone working at the hotel was very pleasant, professional and simply lovely. They were very helpful, and we felt comfortable throughout our whole stay. There was absolutely no stress.
The pool was nice, clean and had different depths, from 90 cm to 210 cm. There was also a jacuzzi, sun loungers and a bar where you could order drinks and snacks while enjoying an amazing view of Benidorm

The location, the pool area, the large bedroom and the views.
No proper balcony to be able to sit out on but the view was still lovely from the window and a kettle in the room would have been nice.
