Quality budget friendly accomodation for larger groups of people

Very clean house with great facilities for cooking and storage… lots of space to cook and dine. Great for a family stay , or 4 couples . Most well resourced house we stayed in over the past 10 days! We could even park the car in the garage and access the house from within!

Should be best accommodation in the town.

Very nice house for 5 persons.The rooms are very tidy and enough kitchen equipments are ready. This is also the best accommodation we have in the whole trip .The location is also good to access to town center and nearby areas. Nancy also very kind to answer few questions from me and make good recommendations for sightseeing.

Cleanliness and just a nice homely feel, everything you need for a break, all the mod cons and very comfy beds. Central and handy to shops/restaurants, great communication from Nancy to ensure your stay is hassle free and easy.

The kitchen and garden are my most favourite parts of the house. Everything was just right. Felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. 3 days was not enough! Nancy was so thoughtful, she even gave us a welcome gift. I will definitely be back to this house if i ever visit Rotorua again 😍

The sink’s water taps in the bathroom are probably a little hassle as the heat and cold temperatures are separated. However, it did not deter us from enjoying our stay.

Great. Host was perfect. Would recommend the house for sure

Breakfast provided was lovely plus lots of other treats. Inclusion of all hand wash, moisturisers, washing powder was also great. Lots of blankets for the beds.

Main shower probably needs updating - difficult to get a constant flow of warm water Location to facilities was great but just need to be aware of some not so ideal neighbours.

Exceptional location at a great price.

The place was very clean and spacious. Our kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms and privacy at this accommodation. Having 2 bathrooms and toilets was convenient. Loved the location as it was only minutes from our various activities and shopping centers. Would highly recommend to people traveling with family having kids or large groups.

it was cozy, clean, spacious. owner was very helpful and great at communication. no issues at all! nicely decorated homey feel. lots of amenities provided and there were even toys for my 1 yo son! so it was great thank you!

The house is warm and cozy, spacious, very well equipped. The location is very covenant. The host is very friendly and supportive. High recommend.

Hope we could get electric blanket because we do not like heater. Other than that, everything is pretty great and better than we expected.

It was Perfect. The house is located near Kmart. warehouse and shopping center. skyline is down the road 10-15min drive.

2x Parking in the garage and inside the gate. The house was cold when we arrived but once we figured out how to use the heating system it was perfect. Love the two showers and two toilet.
