Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnten gut Deutsch , das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch der Pool war sehr sauber, man konnte ihn so oft benutzen wie man wollte,kann es nur weiter empfehlen.👍🏻
Der Schrank im Zimmer hat etwas gerochen und ich habe meine Wäsche nicht reingelegt 🤷♀️ schade

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist nett.
Die gesamte Behandlung beim Empfang, die den Eindruck vermittelt, als wäre man nicht Gast. Es wurde kein Gepäcksdienst oder sonstige Hilfen angeboten.
Die Küche sollte sich vom Imperial in Karlsbad beraten lassen.

Sehr ruhige Lage
Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Abendessen
Pool war in Ordnung (begrenzt auf 40 Personen gleichzeitig)
Wenn man im Nebengebäude sein Zimmer hat sind es immer weite Wege. Und die Zimmer sind nicht Klimatisiert. Bei 35° ist das fast nicht zumutbar.
Da ich oft in Tschechien bin und nur 4-5 Sterne buche bin ich anders gewöhnt. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. In meinem Zimmer war auch die Klobrille nicht fest sehr wackelig. Badezimmer funktionierte der Abzug nicht und die WC Tür ist nicht abzuschließen.
