Die Lage des Hotels war super.Zimmergröße war auch gut.Sehr schöner Ort
Personal war sehr unfreundlich..Vorallem die Dame vom Tagdienst an der Rezeption. Diese hat nicht mal aufgeschaltet,wenn man kam und etwas gefragt hat. Das Essen war keine 4 Sterne würdig.Keine Abwechslung,geschmacklich nicht gut. Sehr schmutziges Restaurant. Wenig Auswahl beim Essen.

Die Zentrumslage, schöne Parkanlagen, das Reinigungspersonal betritt das Zimmer nur wenn an der Tür das Schild zum reinigen hängt.
Ich hatte den Eindruck wenig Personal, abends beim Essen waren die Getränke wie in der Früh vom Automaten, sonst gab es keine Bedienung für Getränke, es gab morgens und abends die gleichen Salate, einmal war die Suppe fast kalt.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön im Jugendstil. Von außen ist es sehr ansprechend. Die Bäder sind neu und in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr groß.
Leider ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich auf dem Flur aber auch im Zimmer war sehr fleckig. Die Möbel/Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. Unser Bett war steinhart. Für ein Wellness-Hotel war der Wellness Bereich sehr minimalistisch. Kleiner Pool und eine kleine Sauna, mehr nicht.
