Location (just besides a beautiful forest and a 5 minutes walk from the city center), swimmpool and gym are very comfortable. It also has a cozy "Wintergarden" with books, computer and TV. I read a lot there.
Breakfast: very humble, very basic for a 4 Star Hotel. And beyond that, one get the impression that the personal is there only for you to leave as soon as possible. When food runs out, no replacement....

Friendly receptionists
Breakfast was crowded.

central location
booked on behalf of parents as present. There was issue with my card. The staff did not contact me (no call or email) and charged my parents instead. I called them after I found out. No follow up. Very poor language skills on top!
