Great location, close to the centre, great welcome, great room, staff was very friendly and pleasant. We were travelling with kid and got a proper wooden kid-bed, not a travelling cot which I like a lot! We had access to the wellness, we got bathrobes (including the cute kids one too!) in the room, kids also have access to the wellness which helps to our family program. Only one hick up - I got stuck in the garage in the night when picking something from the car and the designated bell was ringing but nobody answered, so I had to go through emergency exit and walk all around in my slippers back to the hotel. So just make sure if you are picking something from the car to leave the door open behind you, just in case :))

Very welcoming hotel with a warm, family atmosphere throughout. Everything was spotless, the room had everything we needed, and it was wonderfully quiet—which is so important. The spa area is good, and the food was excellent—really tasty, just like home. We were traveling with a small child, and everyone was so attentive to him. There’s a convenient parking garage with an elevator directly to the floors. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Exclusive hotel, friendly staff, wonderful swimming pool, great dinner ,,all you can eat" (you must pay extra, but price is OK), nice room and tasty breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will return again.
