The hotel rooms were lovely and the team working at the hotel were super friendly and accomodating.

It is a nice hotel, near the airport as we wanted. The best "feature" was the owner Luca who resolved all our requests even when they were not related to the hotel. The room was clean and warm.

We chose this hotel when we visited Begamo and were very satisfied. Private parking on the premises. Rooms were nice, clean and big enough. I want to highlight the work of the very nice and helpful receptionist Luca who allowed us to check in early. He took care of everything and kept us informed via whats up. He gave us doble bed room instead twin.Top! Thank you Luca! The bus stop is about 2 mins from the hotel, it's about 20 mins into town plus as Luca advised us a 75 minute ticket will get you to Citta alta ( bus number 1 from Ponte Nuova). I didn't understand the people who were waiting in long queues for the cable car to Citta alta,,the first time we walked and it took a few minutes.

The bed, linens and bathroom were exceptional. The owner/manager was gracious and made me a birthday cappuccino before he took me to the airport.

Great hospitality from a friendly host. Cosy rooms. Free parking. Walking distance to the city centre. We liked everything.

The property offered an airport shuttle - that was really convenient for us! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful!

Stayed at the hotel for one night before flying out the next morning. Great location, room was large enough for all of us, very clean and comfortable. There was not much parking, but they managed to squeeze everyone in who needed to park.

Room deco was a bit dated, but simple and not too offensive.

Our stay was great! We booked the hotel as we were flying from Bergamo the following morning and didn’t want to stay far from the airport. Beatrice let us leave our car at the hotel over the weekend and even drove us to the airport for our flight! She picked us up when we returned and took us back to the hotel, where our car was parked. We were very satisfied with the service and would like to thank Beatrice for her hospitality!

Very warm and clean hotel, thank you for the hospitality. Bergamo itself was suprisingly beautiful, we discovered by the help of the hotel owner. Strongly reconmended
