clean. good facilities / pool / gym. nice staff. the bistro was incredible - staff very friendly and accommodating to our family.
location not amazing for the town, but for us was perfect (stop over before flight out of bergamo airport)

Beautiful modern hotel, great staff who were very helpful.
Good air-conditioning (had to turn the temperature up). Great bed and bathroom. Bistro restaurant was very good.
The access for walking into town was not the great. The underpass was in the wrong direction and crossing the main road was a little hazardous.
