By far the best hotel we ever visited. Staff was very helpful all around and have gone an extra mile to celebrate our 30y anniversary
The room (suite) was out of world on 31st floor - corner.
Every detail was perfect and the suite was decorated with so much taste.
The restaurant (with 2 Michelin star) is special experience and is - must visit!

the views are amazing, food is great, nice large rooms, newly renovated
hotel still undergoing renovation, so there was some inconveniece like no air conditioning in lifts or corridors

The property is gorgeous! Rooms are immaculate and clean. Spacious and top notch. The staff truly accommodating. Our cruise ended early morning and they gave us a waiting room to relax in until ours was ready.
The gym was a bit small and not enough treadmills and ellipticals.
