The family room was a very good size with quality furnishings. The room was clean, shower pressure was great with 2 heads to choose from. Rooms were also separate with 2 TVs. Staff were friendly and helpful all through. Swimming pools were great ( sadly I could not go to the spa cause there was no second adult to look after the kids). Breakfast and dinner were good, reasonably priced and with good service.
Fridge was not working so couldn’t buy own drinks to keep cold in hot weather.

Location out of main city centre was quiet but with strong links to the rest of the City using the excellent and efficient metro. Excellent choice at Breakfast, friendly welcoming atmosphere and staff
The outdoor pool was closed for ongoing maintenance. Although a pool was offered at a nearby sister hotel, this was very disappointing as we were not informed prior to booking or prior to the visit. This had a major impact on our holiday and changed the Dynamics, disappointing

Very comfortable room; relaxing, shower was great; decor was good also. Perfect location I think... beach was near, Poble Nou is a great place to stay..... I was able to walk most places I wanted to see and meet people. Breakfast was very enjoyable, great variety, easy to self-serve myself; fried food, cheese, fruit, breads...... and staff, all top class.
The music in the sit out area was fine if you were down there, but was a little annoying when up in my room. It came on early one morning, maybe by mistake...... Personally I found it expensive but then it is Barcelona and it was a special treat for me on this visit. I've been in Barcelona seven times and this was the first time I stayed in a hotel.

The hotel was good, it wasn’t in the center area but the transportation was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I didn’t test any of the amenities nor the restaurant so I don’t have an opinion on that.
I’m English speaking and at times the staff would speak in Spanish or Catalonic in front of me and look at me and it was obvious they were speaking about me. I had written confirmation that the room had breakfast included and it was paid in full and I was informed there was no breakfast - and we had to pay extra for city taxes and etc. The hotel wasn’t very polite - I’m disappointed to be honest cause in my last visit I was so happy with my stay at this hotel.
Also, in our last stay we were two people and we had a bigger room than this time around when we were three.
Also they need to do something about noise cancellation, the noise from the room next door and the hallway was heard at Al theme.
