The room as big.
Bed was comfortable and the pillows were good.

We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everyone assisted us with a smile.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The water park next door is a fantastic bonus if you are travelling with children. There is an additional entrance fee, but having it right next to the hotel is very convenient.
We would definitely stay here again if we are ever passing through Basel.

Nicely presented clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff in a gold location.
Clearer parking instructions would have helped, as they will validate it and save you money.

Quick checkin. Professional staff. Rooms are really well equipped with even irons for pressing clothes. Direct entry to the waterpark. Had lots of fun there! Good breakfast
Expensive Parking fees. Also would be nice if waterpark prices could be made cheaper.
